Sunday, May 18th, we will be in Sakuho Town.Ru:Kurosawa Sake Brewery"twist,Welcome to the master brewer Kurosawa Yohei.
Kurosawa Sake Brewery boasts a history of founding in 1858 in Sakuho Town, a highland town at an altitude of 800 meters. This time, we will be offering carefully selected sake, including vintage differences between Kurosawa's raw Kurosawa and Junmai Ginjo, produced by Kurosawa.
While directly asking producers' thoughts and thoughts on making sake, please enjoy the mellow, dry taste that has been brewed together by brewers, mainly by master brewers.

Try it out in a standing format or self-service manner while chatting with the master brewer.
