You will need to apply by purchasing an event ticket from this website. Please show us the purchase completion email that will be sent after you apply when you sign up on the day.

Please use a credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/JCB) or prepaid card from this site in advance.
You will need to pay online for the participation fee. Please note that we do not accept local payments.

There is no need to prepare according to the number of people for talk events, etc., and if there are seats available on the day, you may be able to participate, but we do not recommend this because we cannot guarantee it. Basically, we ask that you apply in advance.

We apologize, but you cannot apply from a mobile phone (Flip-phone). Please apply from your computer or smartphone.

Yes, it's possible. You can select the number of participants on the application screen and pay in bulk.

Can I sign up for multiple events at the same time?

It is possible, but due to system reasons, you can only make payments at a time by one event. If you are applying for multiple events, please apply one at a time.

Can I take my children to participate?

Can I participate in the event halfway through?

Depending on the event content, it may be possible, but it may not be possible to accommodate items that require ingredients to be prepared. Please note that participation fees will not change even if you participate in the course.

Cancellation and refunds

Can I book a temporary event that I don't know if I can participate in?

We apologize, but we do not accept provisional reservations. Once you have confirmed that you are able to participate, please apply through the official website and pay by credit card.

If I can no longer participate in the event, will the participation fee be refunded?

Please contact us at least 3 days before the event. Ginza NAGANO We will only accept refunds for items approved by the company.
