2F ｜ Tasting & event space
The 2nd floor specialized in the experience holds events that make Shinshu feel closer to Shinshu as a tasting and event space.
In the renewed tasting space, you can buy NAGANO WINE and sake, which Shinshu is proud of in the world, and purchase on the spot. You can set up a coin -type server for wine and sake, and enjoy tasting at your own pace.
In the wide event space, we hold events that make Shinshu more familiar with, including cooking classes and tastings and tastings using the open kitchen. It is a space where various connections are born, such as people in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Shinshu people, businesses and customers.

フロアの中央には大きなオープンキッチンがあり、料理をしながらのイベントなど食を通じた体験に特化したスペースとなっています。信州の木材を使用したこだわりの家具を取り揃えた、遊び心と温かみのある空間です。信州をきっかけに交流や会話が生まれ、イベントを通じて人と人との絆を創出します。

Enjoy wine and sake Tasting space
You can enjoy wine and sake tasting (tasting). It has a little bar -like atmosphere, and you can provide snacks on weekends. It is a special space designed as a "experience" including tasting, as you want to make the time to buy and purchase more.

There is a large open kitchen in the center of the floor, which is a space specializing in food experiences such as events while cooking. It is a playful and warm space with special furniture using Shinshu wood. Includes and conversations in Shinshu, creating bonds between people through events.

In the event space on the 2nd floor, we deliver an event that satisfies the intellectual curiosity of "I want to know more about Shinshu."
