2F | Tasting & Event Space

The 2nd floor, which specializes in hands-on experiences, is a tasting and event space where events are held to bring Shinshu closer to you.

In the newly renovated tasting space, visitors can taste and purchase world-class NAGANO WINE and Japanese sake from Shinshu. Coin-operated servers for both wine and sake have been installed, allowing visitors to enjoy tastings at their own pace.

In the spacious event space in the back of the building, cooking classes and tasting events are held from time to time to bring Shinshu closer to visitors. This is a space where various connections are created between people in the Tokyo metropolitan area and people in Shinshu, between businesses and customers.

In the center of the floor is a large open kitchen, a space dedicated to experiences through food, including cooking events. The space has a playful and warm atmosphere with carefully selected furniture made from Shinshu timber. Shinshu is the catalyst for exchange and conversation, creating bonds between people through events.
