Sunday, June 29th「Tasting Space Jack(commonly known as TS Jack) is Shikanosuke Manzo wine.

Tōmi CityWith a field in Netsu and a focus on growing high-quality grapes, Shikanosuke Manzo is a grape farmer with an artistic face.
The vineyards, whose symbol is his own stone sculpture, are grown with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Syrah and Pinot Noir.

The first wine was released in 2022, and the producer is expected to continue to be active in the future.
This time, we will be offering six vintage 2022, 2023 and 2024 wines by Shikanosuke Manzo on a coin-operated server.
Enjoy standing and self-style while talking to the producer itself.

We will be offering a special "uncle and nephew pairing set" by Shiokawa Kazufumi, the wine for the sake of Shiosuke Manzo and the cheese for the sake of Shiokawa Kazufumi from Atelier de Fromage.
Take your time to sit comfortably, enjoy wine in a large glass and enjoy the exquisite pairing with cheese.

Shikanosuke Manzo Wine is engaged in activities to support young artists. As part of that, Nagano By Hanyuda Seiko, a flute player from the prefectureLive music is also planned.
